has the razer silver redeem and win digital bundle been drawn for the winner? and why didn't I get the razer gold 1 $ bonus compensation as promised? even though I have complied with these requirements. anyone known the answer?

Redeem & Win October 2020 (Digital Bundle - Mobile Gamer) campaign is valid from October 19, 2020, 0900 GMT/UTC to November 16, 2020, 0859 GMT/UTC.

The (1) winner for Redeem & Win (Digital Bundle - Mobile Gamer) reward will be announced and notified after November 16, 2020, within 14 days.

Non-winners will be emailed 1 consolation voucher after November 16, 2020, within 14 working days: a US$1 Bonus Razer Gold voucher (award once per user only, regardless no. of participation per user).
