Hi all, I have some question for the topic above, appreciate your kind input:

Scenario:
1. I'm from Malaysia & plan to redeem the Razer Wolverine V2 - Black - US (for 100k Razer silver) under "Malaysia" region & in the Razer Silver redemption page.
2. The nearest physical store near to my country is in Singapore country, which is a neighboring country.
3. When I check the Razer Wolverine V2 - Black - US in Razer Online Store, I notices it says "Out of Stock" status & currency displayed was NZ Dollar.


Q1: How often does the Razer Wolverine V2 - Black - US restock in Razer Online Store?

Q2. Am I choosing the right region during the Razer Silver redemption process & purchase process (via Razer online store)?

Q3. How would I know if the Razer Wolverine V2 - Black - US voucher still available for Razer Silver redemption (in Razer Silver redemption page)?

To answer your question accordingly,
A1: We're unable to provide exact timestamp for it to restock in Razer Online Store.

A2: If the price doesn't change for to your region, scroll to the bottom of the page and Change Location at the bottom right to your desired region.

Once changed, select the most right tab Store.

Next, select the Console with the Controllers picture.

Scroll down until Controllers section, you should find your desired product.


Q3:
If the Razer Wolverine V2 - Black - US voucher is not available for Razer Silver redemption (in Razer Silver redemption page) it will either be removed or OUT OF STOCK will be shown.



Note: The Razer Silver voucher code is not valid in any of physical RazerStore.
