Hello,
TL;DR:
Didn't get Razer Silver credit from participating in the TapJoy OfferWall despite doing everything correctly through Razer Cortex on my Razer Phone 2.

Background:
During the 2x weekend, I downloaded games through the TapJoy OfferWall and have been refused credit for one, am told a second isn't eligible for reasons though specifically which wasn't disclosed, and have yet to hear back on the third. I'd like to figure out if others are experiencing the same problem and separately, how you all may resolved this. Here's what I did and my situation. Rinse and repeat for the other two offers:

Steps:
1) Visited OfferWall in-app. Selected the "Reach level 20 in Empire Four Kingdoms!" offer on July 2, 2021 at 04:55am my time.
2) Downloaded app
3) Played app (sometimes through Cortex, sometimes through the app directly).
4) Opened up the app through Cortex while at level 19, reached level 20, got no Silver
5) After 1 full day, opened up a ticket with TapJoy
6) After 36 hours, received notification that I wasn't eligible because the installation wasn't attributed to TapJoy. In the same thread, was referred to this link.
7) Opened up tickets for the other two offers ("Reach Level 40 in Bingo Bash" and "Reach Level 45 in GSN Casino") to see if they'll be eligible or not. Received confirmation that the Reach Level 45 in GSN Casino will not be eligible. Still waiting on the Bingo Bash Offer.

Here's the thing... I have done this before many times. In fact, I got rewards before this on June 18, 2020 for an Undersea Solitaire offer, AFK Arena offer, and the World Series of Poker offer. I've made some small purchases in some of these apps expressly to try and reach the offers' stated requirements quicker and at this point, feel like I was victim to a "bait and switch" tactic.

Additional context:
1) No, I did not and do not use a VPN.
2) No, I did not and have not reset my device advertising ID.
3) Yes, I did download through TapJoy (and did not interact with any other ads anywhere else to impact mobile attribution). It was a quick "click on offer and download app" as I've done this a couple of times before, perhaps this is because I did download in under 2 minutes? They mentioned that as potentially an issue on the TapJoy FAQs.
4) Additional email follow-ups/responses to TapJoy have resulted in being ghosted... Should I be opening up a new support ticket through Cortex to respond to existing cases or is it "their final judgment and game over, the end?"
5) Big user of Razer products. I use a Razer Phone 2 (not rooted) on the most updated Android 9 OS from Razer.

Overall/How I'm feeling:
I posted this on the Razer Cortex forum already, but figured I'd re-post here in case someone else has more knowledge/experience on this. It's been pretty frustrating trying to get the support needed, but if anybody has any other thoughts or feedback, I'd certainly appreciate it.
