I've recently come across the Razer Softminer, (or gamma) while searching the amazing world of the internet.
I was wondering whether installing this software to gain Silver was worth it, correct me if I'm wrong but, this is one of the software's that give you one of the most Silver compared to paid to play, which has a limit of 100 Silver?
I've heard that this software isn't at all the best as it does increase electricity bills as you are just constantly overworking your graphics card, but some other people have said that it doesn't damage your components.

Please share your experiences with this software so I can make a decision whether to install this software and earn some silver.

    Thanks.

IMO not worth (electricity cost, GPU lifetime).

What ways would you recommend to gain more Silver other than this so that it is possible to redeem a reward from the catalog.

There are a few videos that cover this topic, and by watching some of them the conclusion is that is not worth it. Usually the electric bill will far outweight the value of the rewards. It will be cheaper to simply buy the product from Razer Store.
Another way to get a few extra silver is to purchase with Razer Gold, if you purchase from shops that allows the use of this method of payment. Though I wouldn't be purchasing just for the sake of getting silver. To get something with silver, you had to make purchases worth at least 20 times of the value of the silver reward.
In my opinion, using paid to play and getting at least the weekly rewards of Insider, even though they make take too long to get something from the catalog, are the best way of earning silver.
