Hello everyone,
is there a way to order keyboard replacement parts for Black Widow Elite? The plastic around the volume wheel is damaged. Preferably Europe.
Thank you.

Hi techVioletRedboard752,
Please PM me the serial number of your keyboard and your region so I can validate its model and check the availability of the spare parts. Thanks!

Razer.Zionzedd, I appreciate your support on the matter.
For anyone looking to solve the same problem, here is some insight from what seems to be the Razer support team on Reddit:

It seems that:
1. Razer does not repair peripherals (i.e. keyboards)
2. The only option you have is to send your keyboard back to Razer which you can do only if you have an active warrantee, and get back a new/repaired one
3. There is no way to get spare internal parts (or parts that are external but considered internal) from Razer, meaning Razer does not ship them, sell them, nor give them away.
4. I have a fully functional keyboard (beside the knob obviously), which can not be repaired, even though it could be done in 20 minutes at home given that I have the replacement parts.
5. I was advised to have it checked by a reputable technician, although I believe that this is not a matter of skills or tools, but a matter of missing parts, and a reputable technician can not repair something if he does not have the parts.
I am paraphrasing support, so if I missed or misunderstood something, please feel free to correct me. For such a high price tag, this is a disappointment for me and I will move away from Razer.
