Sup Razer developers! Could you implement in Synapse an option to immediately stop free-mode scrolling after I scrolled using Smart Reel? When I used my old Logitech MX Master before, it immediately switched in normal scroll mode after quick scrolling (and it was so cool), but Basilisk V3 Pro does not. It continues to use free mode even I scroll in the opposite side! And turns into a standard mode only after I stop using scroll + 0.5 sec (too long!). I wish to have an automatic brake (i. e. going into the standard non-free mode) when Smart Reel scrolling speed goes lower than some threshhold. Could you implement a checkbox in Synapse for that? Configurable threshold could be a bonus, but at least a checkbox right under “Smart Reel” one.

hi everyone, i had this razer huntsman mini for a couple of months and never had this issue, this day, when i came back home, i noticed my a bind was “sticky”, i tried to remove it but there’s nothing inside it and i didn’t spill anything that could make it like that, it’s just harder to press and it takes more time to get back up. Anyone knows how to fix this or had this problem before?
I have been using the Tartarus Pro for a couple of months and it was working just fine, suddenly 2 days ago is stopped working, now every time I plug it in it’s either black and non-responsive or it lights up and works as if it has no profile for 5-30 seconds before dieing or just the scroll wheel lights up but it still doesn’t work. I can’t find the Tartarus on the Devices list but every day when I boot up the PC it still lights up and starts up as if it had no profile for the first 10 seconds… it does this to all of my 3 PCs. I have no clue what the problem is but I doubt it’s hardware since it works just fine for 5-30 seconds then completely stops working. Uninstalling and redownloading synapses/ drivers with the troubleshooting tool did nothing, and I even uninstalled all Riot games and rebooted everything still nothing.
Whenever I play certain games like Batman Arkham Knight, AC Mirage, or DMC5, the sound of the speakers act as if it's missing an additional channel. The high sounds like gadget sounds or footsteps start to go missing. Then the dialogue voices are very faint and you can barely hear anything. The temporary solutions I found are if I disable the Audio Enhancements in the Windows Sounds Settings from "Device Default Effects" to "Off", the sound goes back to normal in-game. The other solution I found is if I turn on the Spatial Sound setting to Windows Sonic for headphones (While Audio Enhancements are on), the sound also works properly. Is this normal? Or are my nommo v2 pros broken? It really sounds like a channel in the speakers are missing. It also doesn't matter if i toggle stereo or thx in synapse. I use Windows 11 and updated to the latest firmware.

So i got Razer Barracuda X 2022 and when i plug it in jack its working good but when i want to turn them on (like when i want them to use wirelessly) theres no sound comming out of them not even that “bu-beep” when i turn them on (which it should because it indicates that they are on). Only the blue light on them lights up but thats it.I appreciate every help i get.

Hello, I have an issue with my razer blade pro 17 2021. I have newest drivers of audio and everything. But my speakers they just sound awful, completely no bass, event turning on THX spatial audio, it just does nothing besides getting a little bit louder. Is there a fix to that ?
I purchased a Google Play gift card with razer gold wallet funds. Per Google Play support the digital pin is not activated and can't be redeemed until Razer Gold activates the pin. I have submitted many tickets to Razer support only to receive the same response to contact Google Play support over and over again. Please activate the card or return the funds to my wallet.
I ordered a keyboard and the order was separated into 2 items. One was for the keyboard and the other was for Razer L33t Pack. There is a note next to the L33t pack item that says it will ship 4/26. I received that item yesterday 4/16. I have not received any information on the keyboard itself shipping, back ordered or otherwise. I created an account and when I check order status the result says I have no orders this year. My order number isRZUSWP1000001579658. Can I please get status as to when I can expect the keyboard to be shipped?Paul
