How were you able to return the original stealth?!?1
  3. I love it with three exceptions:

    1. The cord is short. Like freakishly short. Holy god the cord is short. Oh well.

    2. The USB ports are somewhat usable. I notice a lag thing with them occasionally when I hooked up my mouse and keyboard to them. I don't use my mouse and keyboard with the core anymore (I use a USB hub for them that I plug into the Razer's ports). I do use the USB hubs on the core for a removable HDD, smart card read, and a cooling pad though.

    3. The core has some kinks with the regular blade (computer doesn't like the integrated graphics, 1060 on the blade, and 1080 on the core....they don't like to play nicely). Works great with the stealth though.

    I am. :confused_:

I ultimately decided to get the new Razer Blade 1060. Main reason is I still have a main desktop that I don't plan on replacing just yet. And I do still use the Amazon DSLR Bag to carry all of my stuff. Including my Razer Blade 14.

    This is the backpack.

The dedicated laptop area is well padded enough and is soft so it won't scratch up the laptop. I did decide to get the Razer Sleeve for the laptop as I found it a bit slippery when pulling it out. The second area has dividers that are useful for anyone using camera equipment of if you want to keep your peripherals from smacking against one another. Right now I have them removed and use this for my books and paper.

Are there any special questions you have about it?

I was just wondering how well it fit the Stealth and Core but it sounds like you never did that.
  6. Received my replacement core today. The USB issue is even worse now. My keyboard connects and disconnects every 5-10 seconds. Works fine when connected directly to my RBS.

That is exactly like mine i'm afraid we can't do anything about it :'( Mine is a little better than yours but it still disconnects every minute or so :/ Please find a fix people!
  8. Here is a video showing my issue.

The core would definitely fit in the storage compartment. You can adjust the walls so you can have it hug the core and keep it from moving. If you need a backpack for that reason I'd give it a try.

Can anyone comment on which (if any) games you are finding the RBS + Core struggling with? Likely due to the RBS being dual rather than quad core. I play mostly older games - BF3, BC2 which are old but I know both benefit from quad cores, so I'm just wondering if the RBS + core could be a desktop replacement for my ageing system or if I would need to get the Blade 14".

I have the RBS 6500U 8gbs Ram and GTX 970 oc
so far most my games runs maxed out 60fbs at 1080P
however I have only one game and one game only that gave me pain and it is Forza Horizon 3, that game is monistor and I can run it at medium settings 60 fps , high setting and I have to lock the frame rate at 30
no other game has pulled the RBS+Core
how ever I am planning to upgrade to 1070 gpu
by the way here is some games I tested
    titanfall 2
    Fall of tomb rider
    witcher 3
    Dark souls 3
    Battlefield hardline
sorry for the long post
