Razer Support Isn't Fair - Huntsman Elite Wrist Rest

    I have reported this before since I came across another individual who has suffered the same issue as me with the same keyboard. The live chat is somehow unavailable to me although I was trying to report during business times. I was informed that the case would be sent to headquarters, but I was never informed about it until I brought it up emails later. There is a large tear that is present in the wrist rest of my keyboard and it's extremely frustrating since this is a very expensive keyboard, and the customer service isn't great. The reasons as to why I couldn't get a replacement jumped from mistreatment and abuse to customer induced, to not being fair to RazerCare customers, and then now it doesn't affect its usage. The one thing about it that doesn't make sense to me was that he was luckily able to receive a replacement, but I unjustly was not. Our case was practically identical; both our cases did not pass warranty and we both posted a question on the official Reddit page. Razer has reached out to him, but why not to me? I will provide both his post and my post, and also pictures with a difference of only a few weeks. This isn't right or fair since my warranty will end in December, and I am not able to receive a replacement.

    Is there any way that will help me get a replacement for at least the wrist rest even though there is a replacement fee? Razer is making it impossible for me to report this again because it says that I am not in the live chat time, even though I am, and a drop-down box in the email report that is required won't even show me any options to click. I cant upload the file but I can email it to you guys if you want to see.
