Razer Support not responding to my reply

So 6 days ago I bought a new keyboard(the Razer Ornata Chroma) and I had problems siging in with my razerID. The letters wont get typed if I try to type on my keyboard. So after this problem occurred I messaged Razer Support to get help. They responded quickly (roughly in 26 hours) and said I had to give some more info (where I bought the keyboard, synapse version and many other things) I did the most basic thing and filled all the info with an video attached to my email with the problem and send it as an reply to the razer support. After 3 days I get an email and it said I haven't said anything in the recent 3 days, what was really strange. I checked if I actually send the email to my Razer Support Provider and I actually send the email. I was confused. Please help me out I cant login in my synapse3 to save everything I make with my keyboard and I want my bonuses!

Now judging by what I see, you were not able to sign in by typing on the new keyboard, so how were you able to send a message to RAZER support.
Do you have another keyboard?
If that is the case, I can narrow down the possibility that this is a software issue of either the driver or the OS
Try creating a new admin account in your PC, plug in the RAZER keyboard and see if you can install the driver again. If this fails, than it is an issue with the OS.

This thread was made on my phone but the keyboard is in perfect condition and even was tested, all tests passed. I think that yes maybe I should try to reinstall the synapse cause I was at my friends house and I grabbed the keyboard and after all these downloads o actually could login! It was typing in the letter boxes!

But actually what about other people that get any problems and need help in razer support? Like yea I have an problem signing in. But the problem is where do i reply to the email of the razer support Provider? Like I responded them emidiatly to their email and didnt get any response, these problems can occur to other people.... is this just happening to me that it is like an bug or something or is it an actual big problem? If it was an bug, then I would say I am unlucky with razer stuff.... but to get 2 glitches in 1 company.... need help cause of an glitch, try to contact and maybe an glitch? I need answers...
To shorten it:
Was it a glitch that I I replied my Razer Support Provider and they didnt get an email even tho I sended it or did i do something wrong?

I know, PC problems are a real pain, and when there is no support it feels like "are they avoiding me".

When it comes to any certain software or hardware issue, it is not easy to narrow down the source of the issue/bug.

I don't think RAZER is intentionally avoiding you, sometimes certain fixes just might not work and the best option is to reset the entire PC.

New Update, so i reinstalled the synapse3 beta and at first I saw I still couldnt login cause it didnt want to type but this time when I tried to use google to sign in, it didnt ask for the account password on my razerID(I only had to give my Google Account password) and I managed to log in! I'm gonna close this thread. Thank you 2 for trying to help me! Thank you!
