    Roughly how long does razer support take to get back to you-i only ask as my beloved nabu broke and i really wanna to fix it;(

    Yeah was very fast. Guess took a bit longer, because it was sundays.

    Count on about a year and then only sometimes they will disappoint you

    I've sent a few support emails to Razer (they were all during the 2016 Blade delay fiasco...) and they all got back to me within 1 day, with the exception of one email that took 2 days.

    Well i have sent in a ticket over 48hrs ago with no response. So good luck

    It's the weekend, they will answer tomorrow. Usually takes around 36hrs during the week.

    Depends on where you live .
    But till now my support tickets were answered within 20 hours.
    Because i come from europe and i think they write from US time zone they write only when i sleep.
    But really fast and my Nabu exchanges were done within 1 week so really nice.

    But also like it's already mentioned it's weekend so on monday they will write you

    Maybe any of you can help. I also ordered a new Stealth on Friday before 11AM. It says that it would ship same day but I'm sitting here (Sunday at 4:21PM) and haven't heard a word about shipment or anything. The Order Status just says 'Submitted'

    It's friday mate.
    I know how you feel and i can't wait for my orders too, but when they were on stock they will ship it monday or maybe tuesday.
    so if they will not on these 2 days .. then you should call the support.
    We can't help you with this
