razer supported devices keep disconnecting

    Recently I had the problem where all of my razer connected devices would randomly disconnect for a few seconds before reconnecting, however this was fixed by updating to the AMD AGESA Patch.

    The problem was usb connectivity issues specifically with the razer kraken kitty edition, and each time it disconnected, everything razer supported lost its ability to function.

    Unfortunately, this problem has kicked back up again today. I'm assuming its the software update I installed last night, any tips to help fix it?

    Is the Razer Synapse running in the background while the issue is happening? Have you tried using it on a different computer and check if the behavior is the same? Let's try to repair your Razer Synapse by clicking this link. Let me know how it goes.

    Razer synapse does run in the background. All my razer supported devices shut off but my keyboard which isnt razer supported stays on so it has to be razer.

    I have no other computers but given that I have seen a couple other people with the same problem I don't think its my computers fault.

    I have tried repairing my razer software but it was to no avail :slightly_sad:.
