Razer surround 7.1 activation code is not suitable
Hello, today bought Kraken X headphones, made registration system dont accept the code, was trying different wariations (numbers\\letters). I have the case and can do photo of scraching card, help me pls

Try using English US keyboard format
We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work.
Also check that you are not getting alphabets and numbers mixed up.
Such as 0s and Os.
Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.
Prepare the followings~~~
Also, 7.1 SS Activation Code can only be applied to one RAZER ID. If RAZER headset is a second hand item, likely the previous owner would have applied the code.
Otherwise drive your hearing senses through the roof by upgrading to THX Spatial Audio
Most latest RAZER headsets are compatible with THX Spatial Audio. Check it out by clicking the following link~

- Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product

PM me the serial number of your headset so I can validate its model specification and your Razer ID to check if you were able to activate the Razer 7.1 Surround sound application. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation to PM.
