Hello, I've used my mouse (Razer Viper 8KHz) on several PC's since i bought it, using different motherboards and chipsets. I also looked into USB root hub power saving states to no avail. So the issue im about to explain has nothing to do with my environment, and is likely a platform/product issue with this model of mice. But no matter on which PC or configuration i use it, this always happens: i can't use the mouse until reconnecting it by taking the USB cable in and out. This means that every time i 'cold' startup my computer, i need to re-attach the mouse before i can get going, which is very annoying, let alone impractical or even impossible for others that may face this issue, in case their PC is under a desk or encapsulated in a desk with their wires running out from the top of their desk. So that immediate access to the rear USB ports is blocked. In my case, the PC is standing on my desk next to monitor, so it's easy to perform the procedure to make the mouse work. But i sho

Hey guys,Just picked up a razor key light today, and at first the initial connection was okay, went to change the colour of the light and then the app said it couldn’t connect to the device.Following the instructions to reset to factory settings by holding the reset button down for 10 seconds when it’s on has not been working. It’s just stuck on an off green colour, and doesn’t go to the flashing blue again.Tried numerous things, unplugging, holding for 10 seconds when the rocker switch is off, etc.Any advice? Hello, I have an issue with my razer blade pro 17 2021. I have newest drivers of audio and everything. But my speakers they just sound awful, completely no bass, event turning on THX spatial audio, it just does nothing besides getting a little bit louder. Is there a fix to that ?

I can no longer access my old number, thus I have to buy a new one. Now, I want to change to my new phone number so I can buy more in-game purchases, but it still needs my old phone number to change any setting inside my profile. I don’t have any back-up codes, and even if I want to set it, it still requires authorization from my old number. At least my email is still currently active, unfortunately for me there was no option to use my email to do any verification. Can anyone help me please
Appreciate and assistance. Have a Razer Atrox from 5 years back and looking to use it on the PC. I looked at the razer online help and it shows as an xbox controller but it doesn’t register in windows or steam deck. Any and all assistance to get it working be much appreciated.
hello, I'm having a small issue with my laptop, the logo on the lid is not lighting anymore, that happened after a windows reinstall. the drivers are correctly installed and the razer synapse and everything is updated. the checkbox inside the software( synapse) is not doing nothing when i tick logo on/off.. everything else working normal, keyboard lights camera and etc... Google search did not helped.. also i reseted the laptop using his own recovery menu. still not glowing... maybe someone knows something about this bug

My son bought the acclaimed Razer Ripsaw HD from Amazon and followed the easy to use instructions but it appears to be anything but straightforward. He can get it to work on his computer but as soon as he connects to the TV it freezes on the computer and the TV says weak signal. I’m disappointed by the lack of support, the serial number has apparently expired and therefore support is unavailable. We have reached out to Amazon and they say it’s faulty. is there anything we are missing that we should be doing? Sorry for the basic description, but we are clueless….my son is autistic and is very distressed, deregulated & overwhelmed by this whole process. What was meant to be a straightforward, copy the college set up, has become a nightmare and there is no one to talk to.
