Hello. About a year ago, I received an activation code in the mail about the free use of Razer Surround Pro. After reinstalling Windows, Razer Surround writes that the code is invalid

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Surround Sound concern here. Please send me screenshots of the following:

a. The error message while activating the Razer Surround Sound
b. The source of the Razer Surround Sound code
c. The email address associated to your Razer ID

Save the files via Google Drive or to another online drive account then paste the link together with your PM.
