Razer synape 3 fails to start

My razer synape 3 worked a week ago and all of a sudden it's failing to start. I have an Alienware 17R4. RAM: 16 GPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz. GPU: Intel(R) HD graphics 360 i also have NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070. Edition: Windows 10 Home. Version: 21H1. I've tried installing C++ and .NET frameworks and nothing has worked so far. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I made sure to delete all the files of razer on my computer before reinstalling.

Are you getting any specific errors when you launch the app and do the related processes appear on the Task Manager? In any case, please use this to collect Synapse 3 logs, then follow the guide below to collect the MSI Logs.

1. Visit this page and see how to enable the MSI logging.
2. Once MSI logging is enabled, run the installation and confirm if the error persists.
3. Collect the logs from:

• %temp%\\ SynapseUninstall.log file
• %temp%\\ MSIxxx.LOG
