Razer Synapse 2.0 doesn't recognize my Mamba Wireless on MacOs Mojave 10.14

Hello there,

I was so happy to receive my mouse today, but now I'm a bit worried because I read a lot of messages where people state that the Synapse is not working properly on Mojave and it doesn't work for me either. I checked the compatibility list and I can see that the Mamba is compatible with it, but it keeps showing the "Please connect a Razer Synapse enabled device". The mouse is connected and working properly but I can't set anything up. DPI, lighting, buttons, nothing... I'm so frustrated because I really like the feeling of it. Maybe someone from Razer could give me a hand on this?

And if it really isn't compatible with Mojave, or if we just can't make it work, would it still be possible to set everything up on a random PC, save it on my mouse and be able to use all my saved profiles when plugging it back to my mac without connecting to Synapse?

Thanks in advance for your answer, I hope we'll find a solution...

Hi there! The Mamba Wireless requires Synapse 3 which is not compatible with MacOS. You should be able to use it as a regular mouse. Since the Mamba Wireless has a hybrid on-board memory, you should be able to save up to 5 profiles on it. You will still need a Windows PC that has Synapse 3 installed to set it up. Let me know if you have any questions.
