Razer Synapse 2.0 not showing customisation options

I have a Razer Naga and Razer Tartarus Chroma (TC).

The Synapse suite detects both devices but notes that the TC requires Synapse 2.0 (which I have used for years for both the TC and Nostromo) to allow customisation. I have downloaded, redownloaded, and uninstalled the drivers and software multiple times and keep ending up with Synapse 2.0 launching and giving me 3 options:

  • "Register Product Warranty"
  • "Visit Razer Store"
  • "View Compatible Devices"

I don't know what else to do to regain customisation of my TC as I used to have full access. I'm not sure if it's because of the new Synapse overriding the old or whatever.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Uninstall synapse, go to OS device manager and delete TC from it (also with drivers). Download CCleaner, cleanup your PC with registry, then unplug TC.

Reboot OS and install Synapse 2.0 after reboot, plug TC again to USB port (direct USB port, not via usb hub).
