Razer Synapse 2.0 won't work, won't launch

Hi, I've been trying to launch Razer Synapse 2.0 all day long but it doesn't work, I've tried everything: reinstalling, deleting everything and trying to install again, I have the latest version of NET Framework, executed as admin and a lot of other stuff...

Everytime I try to launch the app, the little icon appears but nothing happens and it soon disappears. It was working fine yesterday. Please, can someone help me?

Mine will launch but wont connect. Worthless online only software. I think that I'm going to give up on razer and buy from their competition.
I'm considering buying other products but Razer, but I want to try to fix it first. 😕
Same here and it is driving me nuts. Starts, icon appears, but when trying to acess it is just dissapears. Have tried reinstalling etc etc. Windows 10 20H2.
Please let me know if you solve this issue, as Razer doesn't seem interested in answering here or in the support case I have filed. :mad_:
I was able to fix my own issue, where it wouldn't connect to the network.
I uninstalled the program.
Deleted all the folders for it.
Removed a registry key
Went into device manager and removed all keyboard related drivers. There were a lot of them, HID keyboard device for example.
Restarted the computer. When it restarted it prompted me to install synapse 3. I quit that because you can't transfer your profiles. I then installed synapse 2 and it worked.

Hopefully that helps anyone else with issues. I think that the biggest thing is to make sure that you have removed all traces of drivers from your computer.
Thanks @Itching_Pain unfortunately it did not help for my issue.
Sorry to hear that. Do you have any antivirus that you can turn off? Even the built in windows one? It sounds like something's preventing the program from running.
Well I am a Windows Insider and on version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.330). It probably has something to do with that. Was hoping that Razer would be interested in sorting this since at some point it will affect others if that is the case. As it would seem right now Razer are more interested in Synapse 3.0 and selling the products that are compatible with that version rather than helping out with legacy products and software. A pity I must say considering the pricing used on both legacy and new hardware. And to answer your question, I eliminated all security software in an early stage, that was apparently not the culprit.
