Razer Synapse 2 does not recognize
Hello, I have a Razer Deathadder Elite and a Razer Blackwidow V2, and today the Razer Synapse 2.0 has stopped recognizing them

Have the same problem. reinstall and still undetected by Synapse 2.0.
pareil ma souris deathadder chroma overwatch n'est pas reconnu par synapse 2.0 alors que mon clavier deathadder chroma oui , j'ai desinstallation et reinstaller plusoeur fois le logiciel,les drivers et rien n'y fait , help me

I am having the exact same problem with Black Widow Ultimate from 2016.
Any solution to this? Same problem here... .Currently chatting with support but no luck yet.
So I got it to work.....
Do a clean re-installation of Razer Synapse.
1. Go to Task Manager. End all Razer and Synapse tasks under the Processes tab.
2. Uninstall Synapse and related components from Programs and Features.
3. Delete all Razer residual files from ProgramFiles x86 and ProgramData in the C Drive.
4. Reboot the computer.
5. Go into device manager > Keyboards and Audio inputs and outputs - mouse and other pointing devices > uninstall HID Keyboard and Mouse Drivers and all other Razer product drivers > reboot the computer. Be sure to select “delete drivers” as well when uninstalling. Restart your computer again.
6. Turn off firewall and anti-virus software.
7. Download and install the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework (4.5 or higher) at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 (IF NOT ALREADY ON PC)
8. Download Synapse and run the installer in administrator mode. (Note: Do not use the previously downloaded Razer Synapse installer as it may be corrupted)
9. Sign in to Synapse and allow all updates.
