Razer synapse 2 not working with my razer kraken 7.1 v2

i have spent all day trying to fix this issue with nothing to show for it as the app does not pick up my headset. the headset works but has reset to defult speaker setting and when i went to change it i found that i cant even see my headset. i have uninstalled the app and changed usb ports, deleted all razer stuff and reinstalled. i tried so much and nothing has worked i have tried live chat and that didnt help much. it was fine then stopped working out of no wher eso i dont know if this is a razer problem or my computer or what but i really need help with this.
