Razer Synapse 3.0 [Server Access Unavailable]

I have recently bought a gaming mice Razer Viper and tried to install Razer synapse 3.0 as I wanted to change few settings and as soon as I opened the installer it came up with a server access unavailable error. My laptop had no issue installing synapse using the same internet I am using. I have tried a multiple fixes
- updated drivers
- turned off windows firewall
- turned off Anti-Virus
- created an inbound rule
- tried copying all of the files from a laptop to this pc
- Changed DNS servers
- Tried using different internet
- Did a factory reset of my PC
- deleted every razer device and files to try install it from new.
After everything I tried nothing has helped. Can someone help ? or have any more known fixes ?

Getting the same problem as me i have contacted staff about it but all there suggestions so far seem to not work i have done near enough the same things to try fix it as you PS good luck to gettting it fix let me know if you find a way to fix it
