Razer Synapse 3 crashes during game (BF5)

Hello! This has actually been happening for a few months now and I'm kinda at my wits end with it. I have a Razer Tartarus V2, Chroma HDK, Mamba Elite, Base Station Chroma, Cynosa Pro, Firefly (Hard Edition), a Nari Ultimate Pro all running with Synapse 3 and a few Philips Hue colour lights to top it off. I've only noticed when running BF5 through Origin as that is what I mostly play, but typically after the game starts, Synapse crashes in the back end. I have Synapse switching profiles when BF5 starts which sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. When I notice my profile not changing (or the lights not going along with Ambient lighting based on the screen colours), I dump to the desktop and when I click on Synapse, it's like it's restarting again... loads all the devices then kicks over the profile. This is just really annoying. I have uninstalled and reinstalled ALL of the Razer software, reboots a plenty... not sure what else to do. Any thoughts?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse-related concern on our Support board. Have you tried logging in as a guest or create a dummy Razer Synapse account and see if the same behavior persists?
