Razer Synapse 3 - Cycle up sensitivity doesn't work properly when using inter-device

I have 2 sensitivities saved on my Deathadder V2 profile: high DPI and low DPI. I can bind one of the keys on the Deathadder to "cycle up sensitivity changes" and this effectively toggles between the high and low DPI settings. However, when I try to bind a key on my Tartarus Pro to "cycle up sensitivity changes", it simply only switches to the high DPI setting and it doesn't allow me to change to the lower DPI setting.
