Razer Synapse 3 Doesn't Detect Mamba Mouse

Hi, my mouse isn't being detected by the Synapse 3. I have no way to change the lighting on my Mamba mouse. I've tried reinstalling, unplugging, trying different ports, updating drivers.. nothing seems to be working. Is there any software that would work with my mouse? I don't mind using 2 different ones.. It's just annoying I can't change the lighting.

Hi there! Was this working before? If so, when did the issue start? Is the mouse being recognized properly by the computer? What is it being recognized as?
It wasn't working before. It is recognized by the computer properly... and I found a download for Razer Central and that works with the mouse where as Synapse works with my keyboard. I was able to get it to work with the Razer Central so it's not a huge deal now, but it would be nice if both razer devices worked with the Synapse.

Thanks for the reply. Got that. As of writing, Synapse 3 supports the following variants of the Mamba. If the specific model is not listed, then most likely it is under Synapse 2. Let me know if you have any questions.
