Razer Synapse 3 Failed to Start, Can't Fix it!!!

I have tried everything i can find online, i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, whether its a quick uninstall or a clean reinstall like razer suggested, i have removed every razer file from my computer and tried to start from scratch but i still cant get synapse to open, it just won't and i'm beyond frustrated and cant find jack on razers site for how to contact them.

Was Synapse working before, and have there been any recent OS update or maybe even a Synapse update? For now, please make sure you have the latest version of .Net Framework. You can download it from here if you haven't done that already.
