Razer Synapse 3 Not Never Working

Razer Synapse 3 Will NOT load upon reinstall, I recently bought a Razer Basilisk X, Razer Blackwidow Chroma Tournament Edition, along with a Razer Kraken, and Before I bought these I had reinstalled windows a couple of times due to some issues, my computer is older so that may have something to do with it, I've used software to remove all files, uninstalled drivers, watched videos, but nothing seems to work, what happens when I open it up is Razer Central.exe immediately suspends itself, but I can't use Chroma and I can't change the polling rate, but it also is limiting my headset microphone quality because I can't adjust the settings and use Razer Surround. Please help, I've been trying to look for a solution for more than 2 months now and can't seem to find anything.
