You can try to reinstall Synapse 3 by heading to

Control Panel > Programmes > Uninstall a programme and click uninstall on Synapse 3

You will then be greeted by a uninstall user interface, you can try to repair your current install of Synapse 3 or uninstall and reinstall at a later time.
I have try this few times but nothing 😞
i just spent all day and i got TartarusV2 to work, finally.

i run win7 64.
i had exact same issue. Razer Control Device Driver failed install. you have to be looking at hidden devices in device manager to even see that this didnt install correctly.

first go to windows update and make sure you have any with Razor in the heading. I didnt have this one.
-Razer Inc - HIDClass - 1/1/2017 12:00:00 AM - 6.2.9200.16448-

this one got things to show up in my device manager.

second go to windows update again and get this specific update.

The windows error (code 52) is what lead me to this. its some bullshit about SHA1 and SHA2 certificate crap for windows whlq certified driver crap. win7 wont take sha2 or a mix of the two or something like that.

hope this helps.
Thanks man, at least now my Razer mamba is visible ^.^
But now i can see only my Razer mamba at Dev menager no mouse mat and keyboard. Any idea how to fix that?
Unfortunately no. Other than trying support here.
Strange that all of those are supported by S3 but not showing up.

This typically only happens when your windows is not fully updated. Have you ensured you have all the latest service packs and updates applied?

Look here for reference.
Yep finally i fix it. How i did it:
1. I have to update my windows
2. Install this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=46148 (Thanks to war3069mission)
3. Uninstall every Razer program i have and delete all remaining data.
4. Disconnect all razer device and delete the drivers from dev manager.
5. Install razer Synapse 3
6. Connect all device 1 by 1 and Synapse updade itself after every connection.
Awesome.
I've even got my Logitech software up and running for my mouse macros ( g602 ). Along with the Synapse 3 software for the Tartarus v2.
