razer synapse 3 refusing to help

My razer synapse is refusing to open, when i go to razer central it just says that it isnt open, refreshing it or clicking the synapse opening button does nothing, i have updated all of my drivers, re installed it 5 times going into the hidden menu and removing every single trace, i have also uninstalled all of my razer devices (my razer kraken tournament edition and my blackwidow tournament edition chroma v 2) then uninstalled razer synapse, waited ten minutes. plugged them back in and then re installed synapse. if anybody could help me that would be fantastic as i am really at my wits end here

Hi there! When did this start to happen? Also, have you tried using a freshly downloaded installer to install Synapse?

yes i have tried that three times now and only sine the last update 😞 as soon as i updated its refusing to work also sorry for the late reply

Thanks for the reply. Please PM me the current version of Synapse. I'll pick it up from there.
I have still not recieved any form of help so if any other member of support or infact the support member who was meant to PM me could respond and help me to fix my issue because at this point i have 200 pounds worth of stuff that can only cycle through the base set of RGB colours and a headset that can't even use its THX spacial audio, the literal feature that i payed extra money for I can't even use
