Razer Synapse 3 - "Server Access Unavailable"

I have recently reinstalled Windows 10 on a brand new Razer Blade 15 Advanced, and upon attempting to reinstall Razer Synapse 3, I am repeatedly getting a "Server Acccess Unavailable" message, despite being connected to the internet, pressing the retry button many times and attempting to download the files that are being referenced in the Logs.

I've taken a look at this post: /synapse-3-0-install-server-access-unavailable-solution.51887/ and attempted to follow it to no avail.

I have scoured the installer logs, and the following Razer endpoint is returning a 403 Forbidden, preventing the installer from progressing any further.

2021-11-18 12:02:52,395 [9] ERROR RazerInstaller [(null)] - Error downloading file (https://manifest.razerapi.com/api/legacy/mWImrFcD/prod/lwiproductlist/get): The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()
at Razer.RazerInstallerCommon.ServerManifestDownloader.DownloadFile(String url, String destination, String fileName, String& errorMessage, Exception& exception, Boolean overwrite, UInt32 retries)

Cannot progress any further with installing Synapse at this point, which is a pretty poor show given an API request is preventing me from using all the features on a brand new £2,800 device...

I share the opinions of the poster with whom I refer above, Razer, this is not acceptable. You need to make all your software and drivers available for download in a single area, not having an API request fail prevent the rest of the software from being downloaded...

Any resolution greatly accepted.

Same problem. Why we need to waste our time for our money? Cloud is good, but always need an alternative offline way, like other do.
So, I've done some further digging...

Making a REST POST request to this endpoint

https://manifest.razerapi.com/api/legacy/mWImrFcD/prod/lwiproductlist/get

I get the following response

HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

<result xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">

403

<message>Not authorized for environment 'prod'</message>
<errors xsi:nil="true"/>
</result>

Maybe someone in Razer Tech can get this sent off to their API Team...
Just found this post after having the same problem. What worked for me was installing Razer Cortex and downloading Synapse over there.
Thanks, just tried that but unfortunately, same issue 😕
Same problem here, I cannot get the software to download "Server Access Unavailable" during installation
i have same problem.
I tried everything:

Reinstalled windows

Turned off windows defenser and firewall

Added exception to firewall

Updated all drivers

Downloaded latest c++ and .NET

Resetted my network

Resetted my router

Right before installing w11, I did same steps with w10. Still same.
I had a same problem too

There's no alert regarding a Razer Synapse downtime. Please check this article. Are you connecting to your home network? If feasible, try connecting your computer to another internet connection and check if the behavior persists. Otherwise, send our Support Team a chat or email. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM, so I can create a case on your behalf too, or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
