Razer Synapse 3 Sign-in Not Working

My new Razer Basilisk Ultimate arrived today. I unboxed it, plugged it in, installed Razer Synapse 3, and created a Razer account. I then tried to log into Synapse, but every time I tried, this error popped up: "unable to get a new web socket connection from the pool in stage 1: remote error: tls: handshake failure." I did some research, reinstalled/updated my drivers, and reinstalled Razer Synapse 3. Absolutely nothing changed. Also, the "continue as guest" option doesn't work either; the same error pops up. Does anyone have any suggestions and/or fixes? Thanks

i am having the exact same issue! had it working and then i wiped my pc redownloaded etc and it wont let me sign into synapse.
Exact same issue here. Just unboxed my razer basilisk ultimate but none of the log in stuff is working.
I just got my Razer Viper Ultimate today and tried logging onto Razer Central and I got the same exact error message as you.
I have the exact same problem. Did any of you get any fixes?

I have the same problem it starts today I think it’s problem in there servers or some problem in the program..
I also have a connection error message when trying to log in after getting my new kraken and downloading synapse 3
I log in and check keep me logged in and when I reboot I need to log in again!

Considering selling my FireFly v2 mouse mat!
