razer synapse 3 wont open

    i have installed razer synapse 3 on my win 10 machine. when i click start it wont open? its weird the only thing that changes on my mouse (razer naga chroma) is the chroma?

    It won't start but you can change the chroma options? Could you perhaps send a screenshot so we can see? :)

    uhm. when i download it i can use it one or two times and then when i reboot my pc i can't open it

    same goes to me!! OMG
    i INSTALL so many time ask me to login and i login and it wont open!!!!

    Yep same to me. Cant even deinstall it now, wont open, wont do anything. now im stuck at 800DPI

    Okay i Fixed it for now guys. Download the latest driver of Synapse from here https://www.razer.com/synapse-3#

    its a newer version which the updater in the core app wont find. Try it. worked now for me.

    Same to me i cant use my Keyboard and hyperflux mouse.

    Help i'm having a simular problem.. i just got my new chroma keyboard today and synapse3 comes up with an error screen stating "Failed to Start" with a retry button... I have followed the directions on https://support.razer.com/software/synapse-3 of unplugging uninstalling/reinstalling and get the same error... any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

    @Razer.FirePenguin thank you, your instructions did help. i had done all of that before except deleting the driver and uninstalling razer cortex before reinstalling. i'm not sure which solved the problem but it worked. thanks !
