Razer Synapse and 7.1 surround not working for my Kraken 2019

Hello guys. I just joined the razer community by recently buying a new computer with razer peripherals. So far, I'm pretty happy with everything. I tried downloading the drivers for my headset but none of them is working:


  • The 7.1 surround is asking for an activation code which hasn't been given to me by razer in the packaging so there's no way i can activate it.
  • Downloaded and installed Razer Synapse and created an account to log in. After doing so the program just closes and it runs on the background. I tried to open it from the little icon in the hidden task but nothing appears on the screen

Does anyone know how to resolve those issues?

Welcome to the cult! I appreciate your interest in our products. By the way, have you registered your Razer Kraken 2019? The code should be sent to your associated email after the registration. If you registered and the code is not showing in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. However, your Razer Synapse 3.0 concern is odd. Please send me a PM together with your headset serial number and Razer ID email address. I'll pick it up from there.
