Razer Synapse and keyboard lighting not responding

I have a Razer Blade 15 2019 base model. Synapse 3 app works fine but my laptop doesnt seem to respond any changes made in it. My keyboard lighting does not respond and now its gone dead. But sometimes I see flashes of keyboard lighting, randomly. I can change CPU fan speed in Cortex. Everything worked fine until I reinstalled windows to get rid of blue screen issue occured after a major update. I have done all the updates, yet problem is still there. Pls help.
