Razer Synapse can`t change or modify basic Spatial Audio Modes

Hey Team,

Here is my issue. Purchased a Blackshark V2 pro not so long ago, everything is great with it everything is working, but for some odd reason in Synapse whenever I go to mixer turn on spatial audio, on the right side the 3 basic spatial audio mode comes up `` Game mode, movie mode, music mode``.

Now somehow someone did change the spatial setting for game mode and now its all messed up. I tried to reset the mode but nothing will happen to it, and as soon as I change it it creates a custom mode. Which would be okay, but anytime my headset disconnect from the computer ( I walk too far from the PC or I just turn on the PC) it goes back to Game mode which still all messed up so now I have to go to synapse and change the mode aaaaaalways.

Does anybody had this issue or have any solution for it?

I took a screen shot so you guys can see that the ``Game Mode Spatial Audio`` its more leaning to the left, and again if i hit reset on bottom right nothing will happen..

Hi,

I am facing a similiar issue here as well with black shark v2 pro.
Here is my screenshot.
I believe this is a software issue and hope they fix it ASAP.

Hello,

I have been facing the same issue here,
attached a screenshot here in case u guys need it
Hoping the problem will be solved any time soon, thanks

Today update fixed this issue
Did the update fix the issue for you guys?
Mine is still showing 5 channels instead of 7.
The 2 rear channels are still overlapping.
Its show 5 channels but at least they are correctly positioned, not like in the first picture

Did you manage to fix this issue? I've been chatting to Razer support about this since July(!) and they are now telling me that 5 virtual channels (with overlapping rear channels as you have shown) is how it is meant to be. I don' think that's true, as I remember there being 7 virtual speakers, and also there is a lot of evidence in youtube videos showing that Game mode should have 7 non-overlapping speakers!

My support experience since July has been extremely disapponting!
