  • when I press the plus icon to add a game to this, the game list is blank
  • then click ADD button, but non of the games can be linked onto the profile, which is to say, the link button is not responding
  • from the list of"GAMES AND PROGRAMS FOUND", I can't find any games in my steam library
  • I tried to add one .exe file from the steamapp/common/(game) folder but failed
  • also tried fullyt uninstall & install, rebooted many times, not helpful at all

does anyone face the same issue as me? any help would be appreciated. - -

Yes, bought a Tartarus V2 and installed synapse.
same problem here as you described.
no games and programs listed
tried adding games manual, but did absolutely nothing
using Win10 with Synapse V3.7.331.32911
all my games are NOT installed on C: , could this maybe a problem?

Thanks in advance for any help

Please send me or our Support Team the Razer Synapse logs to start an investigation. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive, then paste the accessible link in your private message or email. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.

Update:

Great news! The issue was resolved after re-enabling the laptop's TPM settings in BIOS options.
