What version of synapse have you got?
When you connect the usb, does windows recognise (and install it)?
Have you tried uninstalling the software and installing an old version of the software?
After one of the latest updates, razer disabled all my sound peripherals (the realtek audio, the bluetooth connection with my Hi-Fi, the monitor speakers on the video card). Are your peripherals active?

I have Synapse 3 i have tried reinstalling it but it still didnt reconize it. When i unplug and replug the usb my pc doesnt react i will see if installing synapse 2 makes a diffrence. i have tried to use earbuds and speakers but none of them seem to work aswell. i supose you're telling me you had this problem awell with synapse 3?
Ok so i have installed synapse 2 and still nothing works
If my memory serves me well, synapse 2 is not for razer nari.
What do you mean by "my pc doesn't react"? Does it show the hardware in windows' device manager? (if windows 10 just press start and type "device manager" - you will see all the peripherals listed; there should be the razer nari under audio devices)
I said that one of the latest updates disabled all my audio peripherals. To enable them, just go in
Control Panel>Audio
Right click on the device(s) you want to use, and select "enable"
Then click on the recording tab and do the same thing for the razer nari - chat, or whatever microphone you are using.
Probably you will need to reconfigure the programs you use to chat, like discord, teamspeak etc.

i do not find Audio in control pannel, only Audio Inputs and outputs or Sound Video and game controllers. These are the closest to what you said. If i click Audio inputs and outputs and select rawer nari chat or game it says Device is working properly... Wich it it not. Maybe i could share my screen with you... My bad, it's "Sound" not audio. In my language was audio, and i forgot that is sound in english.
Anyway, i've asked you this since you said that you had no sound output neither from other audio devices, and so i tought they were all disabled.
Control panel>Sound
From here, you will see if some of those output (in playback) and input (in recording) are disabled
If they are disabled, enable them by right clicking on the output and pressing "enable"
I've added you on discord. but it's best for everyone if we solve it here, these posts can be useful to everyone
