I have recently reinstalled Windows to Win10Pro.
Problem is that Synapse cant detect my headset again.
Surround app tells me I dont have any headset and that I should connect it.
My headset is the only audio device connected to my PC.
    What should I do? :slightly_sad:

Did Synapse actually detect your headset before? I thought Synapse could only detect your headset if it was USB, but the Kraken Pro v2s utilise the headphone/mic jack.

Does your computer show that it is reading something plugged into the jack?

Thank you for your interest! Synapse and Surround cant detect my headset. My computer detects headset connected directly to motherboard with jacks. Im 100% sure it was working properly with the exactly same headset and motherboard in previous OS.

Edit.: It may be worth mentioning, that it CAN detect my DeathAdder mouse. Even macros and settings works properly with mouse.

    What Synapse version?

This is the list of compatible devices for Synapse 2 - only USB headsets are on there; not analog.

The only headset listed on the Synapse 3 Beta device page is the Kraken Tournament Edition, also a USB headset. The Kraken Pro v2 is not listed as compatible with either version of Synapse for Windows.

I currently have my Kraken Pro v2 plugged into my laptop, and Synapse is not seeing it. Being analog, I would guess that your computer only sees that there is a headset (or headphones) plugged in, and not actually identifying the device.

You are probably right with the Synapse 2, but Im sure Surround was working before! Also my computer detected headphones as Razer audio device. Now Surround doesnt see any device connected and I cant set my audio to let my headphones work like before. I can hear that huge difference :/
