Razer Synapse causing large delay on push to talk/voice activity in Discord

Hello, I wasn't sure whether to go to Discord's support or Razer's, but my friend recommended I try Razer first. So basically, the issue I've found is that since getting a razer mouse and keyboard, having Razer Synapse running has begun to cause a pretty significant delay (as in, 3-5 seconds at least usually) on push to talk and voice activity while using voice chat in Discord. On top of that it's caused a bit lag on my computer in general for game loading times and stuff, and I'm not sure what I can do to fix that. I'd really like to be able to use Synapse, because that's kind of the reason I bought a Razer keyboard and mouse - to use the software for gaming and customizing hotkeys and stuff, but this huge delay I keep having to deal with on Discord really really sucks. Anyone know what I can potentially do to fix this?

While in voice chat the other day with a friend of mine for example I was expriencing a delay of probably 2-5 seconds, figured I'd try exiting all Razer Synapse apps entirely, and once I did the delay was just gone until I opened it back up. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I can only guess that my computer's struggling to run Discord as well as Razer Synapse. I noticed on my keyboard as well that using the "Wave" chroma option that makes the RGB ripple along the keyboard like a wave from each key press, that also seems somewhat delayed. Some lights don't activate, and others activate slower. Any ideas what I could do to fix it? I love the keyboard and macro options that Synapse has, so it'd really suck to not be able to use it.

Hmm. Please make sure to fully update your operating system. You may also perform another test on a different PC just to ascertain the possibility of this being an issue with the system itself.
