Razer Synapse crashing when trying to enter "Devices" or "System"

    Every time I try to enter the "devices" profile from the razer synapse dashboard, the application freezes, the little hourglass appears next to my courser and then razer synapse crashes. The same thing happens when I select the "system" tab from the top. I have a razer blade 15 base model and im running version 3.6.228.21813. I've disabled Razer Chroma SDK Service as another form said that it was causing them to crash all the time but it did nothing.

    Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Ensure that the Razer Synapse is installed in your computer's C drive "C:" and your anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files. Please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs before performing a clean reinstallation and see if it helps.

    I have the same problem, but i can not go to my devive, in this case kiyo... itried also this thred...

    i can change everything on my keyboard¨

    I have the same problem... I talked to support for over a month. They didn't help me in any way.

    Have you also verified the Razer Synapse settings under Services? Please right-click the start button at the bottom left and type "Services.msc". Ensure that all Razer services status is "Started" and the startup type" is set to "Automatic". Use CTRL + F, and type "Razer" to sort all related Razer services.
