Razer synapse doesn't open

I have razer kraken 7.1 2019. I want to enable 7.1 sound, but can't open razer synapse... After install razer synapse I logged in my account, then synapse is updates and going to system tray. When I click on synapse icon -> "Open razer synapse" hothing happens. My system config is:
OS: Windows 10
gpu: amd rx 580 8gb
cpu: intel xeon 2690
16gb ram
Device: Razer kraken 7.1 2019
I'm trying to reinstall this program, reinstall windows, install on another pc. Nothing helped.
Same situation:
A lot of people write about this problem in comments... Why razer doesnt fix this problem?

Man I've got the same problem! Damn Razer doesn't help at all.
This is my Thread, read it, and you will see I've got the exact same problem.
