Razer Synapse Failed to Start

I have tried to repair, uninstall and reinstall, and modify the app but it still says failed to start. Please help

Hey there! How can I help? Please communicate with me in English so I can better assist you.
Hi Raazalghul! I am not sure the version of Synapse or Cortex, as it is not listed on the Failed to Start splash. However in the installer for Cortex it says I have an update and my current version is 9.8.23.1225 and the Latest version is the same.
For Synapse it says I have version: 3.5.0610.060513, then it lists the latest as the same.

Hey everyone! Ensure that you are using your personal computer and connected to your home network to avoid any restrictions due to privacy/security reasons. Also, check whether your anti-virus or firewall isn't blocking any Razer-related files. Should the issue persists, please follow the steps on the links below and see if it helps:

a. Razer Synapse is unable to open or launch. How do I fix this?
b. Razer Cortex is unable to launch.
