After 6 days of not being able to launch the Outriders game on Epic and after Troubleshooting I found that the Razer Synapse 3 is causing a issue with the Epic version (IMO I think it has to do with EAC). On Launch the game goes to a black screen for 15 secs then crashes to desktop and reopens Epic (EGS). After getting word from an Epic rep saying to try to launch without some programs running to see if any were the issue. We found after uninstalling Synapse it work like it should.
Please Razer get with People Can Fly and update Synapse to fix this issue. I love my Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless Cyberpunk 2077 edition and my Blackwidow keyboard. I also use a Razer THX Spatial Kraken v3. headset. So Synapse helps out alot. So I would like to see synapse updated with a fix as soon as possible.
The fact that Outriders never acknowledged the issue is a bit weird. So I thought I better let good olde Razer know so they can get in contact with Outriders (PeopleCanFly) Devs to fix the issue so we don't have to go without Synapse.
