Razer Synapse & macOS Big Sur

    I utilize my Razer DeathAdder mouse in my profession and need to be able to use Razer Synapse to program my mouse buttons for my work flow. My computer forced me to update to the new macOS, Big Sur, and ever since I am able to select my profile in the Synapse app, however, it won't adjust my programmed buttons. It is also is asking me to connect a Razer Synapse enabled device, so it is obviously not registering my mouse, even though I am using it. Is anyone else dealign with this? Is there a quick fix? I cannot stress enough that my Razer mouse is vital to getting work done.

    I have the exact issue now that I updated to MacOS Big Sur. Have you managed to fix it?

    Hey, nope. I haven't found a solve yet. I really hope this gets figured out soon though. Let me know if you find anything, please!

    Hello Razer supportr!
    Same on my side, I just added my Deathadder V2 on my Razer account.
    On Synaps 2 macOS Big Sur, I have "Please connect a Razer Synapse enabled device"But My mouse is connected.
    Synapse 2 version 1.88
    Big Sur version 11.0.1

    I too ran into the same issues as described above with my Deathadder Elite on macOS Big Sur.

    I had Synapse 2 version 1.88 (and have since uninstalled it)

    i ran into the same problem, unknowingly...
    razer does and will not support further macos releases after catalina for now.
    i'd like to see an update of their synapse software for big sur as well.
