Hey, guys so I'm having trouble with my Huntsman elite. It first started as my keyboard typing the number 4 when I press the windows key to now not being able to change the color. I have a specific profile in my razer synapse that my sister made for me which means a lot since she doesn't live with me anymore and I'm really bummed out that I can't use it anymore.
An example would be I try to change it to static red and when i go to a macros tab for example and then back into the lighting section all the settings would be back to normal and not the one that i set it too.
Please help
