Razer synapse not detecting devices

After having an issue with razer synapse not updating rgb after opening it (yeah i know special colors not working isnt a big deal) i had decided to check the drivers, and there was no issue so i uninstalled all of them and reinstalled all of them to the issue not being fixed, i had performed a clean install of razer synapse as well and that didnt help either, now I have no idea what else to try. any help? currently I have a razer huntsman, razer basalisk, and a razer goliathus, all of which are the quarts pink edition.
