Hello, can anyone tell me as to why is razer synapse not detecting my Kraken X razer headset? I've tried several ways to fix it, but it just won't detect it. (It should auto detect no?)

    Ways I've tried:
    -Repairing razer synapse
    -Reinstalling razer synapse
-Unplugging and replugging (Been having this headset for months now)

    -I'm on Windows 11
    -Haven't log in THX Spatial
-Didn't touch anything on razer synapse(cause I wasn't sure what to do and I thought it'd auto detect my headset, please lmk if I should do anything for it to detect my headset)

Razer Kraken X will be not detected in Synapse as it uses analog only cable (3.5 mm mini jack).
Only USB headsets are recognised in Synapse.

@FiszPL is correct. Razer Analog devices are not compatible with Razer Synapse. However, you can use 7.1 Surround Sound software to maximize your headset's capacity. You can download from this link and activate your Surround Sound software. If you have further questions, feel free to send me a PM.
