When I open synapse, all I see is my Deathadder. I used to see the keyboard, but unplugged everything today to open the case up and do some cable management. Ever since, I no longer see the keyboard, and I've never seen the PC-011 dynamic case show up in Synapse. Using version 2.21.
I'm using an MSI b450 pro carbon ac. The drivers are from a few months ago.
The USB 3.0 wires from the case are plugged in.
The other cable marked usb is plugged into the jusb2 spot. I've actually plugged into both jusb1 and 2 and havent had success.
The led lights are on, stuck in rainbow mode for both the keyboard and the case.
Any ideas?

For starters, please check how the keyboard appears in the Device Manager. I'd appreciate it if you can put up a screenshot of that. As for the case lighting, you will need to have MSI Mystic Light installed then allow Synapse 3.0 to take over the lighting controls.
