Razer Synapse Not detecting Razer Naga Chroma

I have Kraken headset and a Naga. Both have been working perfectly fine with Synapse. 100% worked every day all day. Now for whatever reason the mouse stopped showing up. The mouse works. The computer picks it up and even recognizes that it is a Razer Naga.

Things I have done:
Unplugged/plugged in different USB port
Plugged into different computer (downloaded synapse. It picked up the mouse!)
Reinstalled Synapse ( deleted everything razer related, hidden files, extra files in other folders)
Deleted drivers/reinstalled drivers/updated drivers/downgraded drivers
Messed with the firewall while reinstalling Synapse/downloading drivers

When I finished with each of these processes and plugged my mouse and headset into the computer, the computer would pick up the headset and try to install synapse, synapse gets installed shows the headset and it works beautifully. I look for the mouse. My computer says it's there. Even shows that it is a razer mouse but synapse doesn't.

After a few more tries I am throwing in the towel and using the mouse as is with no Synapse interactions. All the Chroma works which is nice. I can't use any of the macros and neat stuff I had on it which is a huge bummer.

Hey @Rummiez! What version of Synapse do you have and can you send over the serial number of your mouse via PM?

It would have to be Synapse 2. It says software version 2.21

If your mouse is a Naga Chroma, then it won't be detected by the Synapse version you have installed. You can check the supported devices here. You will have to install Synapse 3.0 if you want to customize the said mouse.
Well, that's interesting. How long has this been the case? I have been able to customize my mouse since day 1 using my current Synapse. This mouse/Synapse issue occurred in the middle of an ordinary day. I had not made any computer changes to spark any incompatibilities.

The list I previously provided was last updated on July 26, 2019, so it's been a while. Synapse 2.0 no longer have support for the mouse. I doubt a clean install or repair would help.
Shenanigans I say! I made it so long using 2.0 along with the mouse. Oh well. You were right. I installed 3.0 and it picked up the mouse and so far it works. Thanks for the help.

Happy to be of any help. I'll be closing this thread as resolved then.
