Razer Synapse not starting

So I have recently bought a new Razer mouse and wanted to set it up download Synapse. I didn't have any problems with downloading it, but it does NOT start. Which means the small black screen pops up and disappears and nothing else follows it. And yes I have tried waiting. I have been trying to do something for over two hours now and still nothing. I have reinstalled it so often in the hope that it might be better. Can anyone maybe tell me why it doesn't start? I am starting to lose patienty
The mouse is a Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed by the way
And I am from Laptop, hope that this information helps and thank you. 🙂

You will want to make sure that you have the latest version of .Net Framework. You can download version 4.8 from here if you don't have it already. You will also want to run the app with administrator privileges. Send me a message if the problem persists.
