Razer synapse won't control Deathadder Elite

I use Deathadder Elite bought recently and BlackWiddow 2013.
I used Razer Synapse 2.0 to control both and it worked fine for a while, but then it stooped working.
Now can't control mouse (neither sensitivity nor lighting). It detects mouse. It shows that sensitivity is changed (onscreen notification), but sensitivity won't really change. Clean install won't help.
When I install Synapse 3.0 it controls mouse lighting only, but not sensitivity.
With no Razer Software installed I can change sensitivity (but can't tell what sensitivity it is, and can't control lighting obviously).

Hi there! Can you share a video of the issue? Have you tried using a different Razer account to see if the issue persists?

Hi there! Can you share a video of the issue? Also, have you tried reinstalling Synapse? Let me know how it goes.
